Prices
All prices on this site are quoted in pounds sterling (ﾣ).
Payment
Credit and Debit cards are processed securely through Paypal or Google Checkout. Please make cheques payable to Whitney & Day, goods will not be dispatched until cheque has cleared.
Delivery
All mainland UK standard deliveries will be charged ﾣ2.95. Goods will be dispatched within 2 working days (subject to availability) by Royal Mail or Parcelforce.
Delivery charges are for mainland UK only, please contact us for prices for non-UK mainland addresses.
Stock Availability
We cannot guarantee items are always in stock. If something is out of stock we will advise you of delays.
Returns

You have 14 days to cancel your order, from the day of the order, or any time before we have dispatched the product.
If we have not yet dispatched your order, you are due a full refund upon cancellation.
If we have dispatched your order, then the rules of the Returns Policy apply.

Every care has been taken to ensure that the description, measurements and specifications are correct, however we reserve the right to alter these without notice.
