Returns Information
Any damages are to be reported by email with in 48 hours of receipt
We offer a 14 day (from the day of the order) returns policy, if you decide you don't want to keep the product. In this case we will refund you the full amount, less the original post and packaging. The postage cost of returning the goods to us is your responsibility. Fitted, modified or damaged items, or items not returned in original packaging will not be accepted for refunds.
After these 14 days, faulty goods will be repaired or replaced; not refunded.
If an item is incorrectly ordered we will be able to replace, but another postage charge will have to be applied. The postage cost of returning the goods to us is your responsibility.
We are unable to send replacements or give refunds until we have received the original part back and has been inspected.
When returning goods, please contact us first to arrange for a Returns Authorization Number (RMA). Only send back items after we have sent you this number. Return the goods in the original packaging, and tape up securely. We cannot accept any return goods that do not have a RMA number. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging as items marked or damaged will not be credited.
Shipping costs are non refundable under any circumstance.
The monies, excluding postage and packaging paid, you have paid us will be reimbursed upon receipt of goods via PayPal.
